Leading Climate Change Skeptic Changes His Mind
A prominent physicist who set out to prove global warming did not exist has actually done the opposite.

For the past two years, climate change skeptic Richard Muller, who is a professor of physics at the University of California, Berkeley and a faculty senior scientist at the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, has chaired the Berkeley Earth Surface Temperature Project (BEST).
Hope the lagging inspector is reading this although I don't suppose it will do anything to change his mind. It does debunk his "No warming since 1998" claim though.

And despite receiving funding from Koch Bros. There is hope, however slight.

Berkeley is the de facto military university of America. The majority of its science research funding comes from military and military-related sources.

The US Military are quite up to date on PO and GW, especially PO, as are leading the way in the US government on pressing for mitigation measures. They can see the security problems that these topics will lead to. They are, surprise, surprise, an ally.

It's great to see that dazzling, sunny smile back on the board again and have the succinct and often witty replies!
