Nukes on a small island

This is very like the image that springs to my mind whenever people talk about nuclear power as a goer for the UK. I realise the probability of those circles materialising is very small, but there's only one small island (well, a few but all nearby) and, as the IRA said to Maggie, you only have to be unlucky once.
