Thanks, Sebastian. Here's a view of it completed and two owners on and with a new garage added. Our cottage garden of vegetables and the hundreds of years old hedge was "gentrified" unfortunately by the people we sold it too. They changed the wood boiler to a 21kw hopper fed coal boiler instead of the still oversized but smallest available 14kw one that I suggested they use and they put in a pump to power the upstairs radiators. The pump has never been used and the boiler has never been off the "1" setting out of 8 since it was installed. We got 14lbs of blackcurrants off the bushes that were replaced by the ones in the foreground and they had the cheek to ask for some of the jam. We, politely for some reason, told them to grow their own!
