I'm trying to find information on these supposedly higher efficient solar panel/collector design.
Are these available in lower than industrial size?
Any recommended links appreciated.
I'm looking for a stand alone system to power a small FM broadcast transmitter (100w+ current requirements).
Thanks.

Such concentrating solar collectors are used to heat water, raise steam, cook food etc.
They do not produce electricity directly. Some very large systems exist in which steam is produced to operate a steam turbine and produce electric power, such technology does not scale down and is most unlikely to be viable for less than 1,000 kw.
To produce more modest amounts of electrcity such as may be needed for radio equipment, then PV is likely to be suitable.
