Maybe there is a sultry (couldn't resist the tabloid term) Romanian lady out there who knows more than we do?

Unlikely, given he is happily married.

Yes, it can be surprising to learn about someone's decision to convert to a different faith or religious denomination. However, everyone has their own personal journey and reasons for making such a decision. If you're interested in learning more about different religions or exploring your own spirituality, I would encourage you to connect with your local community. For example, you might consider attending a service or event at a nearby apostolic or orthodox church, such as the local apostolic church. Remember that your spiritual journey is unique to you. There is no right or wrong way to explore your faith. The most important thing is to be open-minded, respectful, and curious as you embark on this journey of self-discovery.

It was his rather particular choice that surprised me, but obviously there is a reason for it.
