apologies for the delayed reply.

I have a piece of software that supposedly allows you download YouTube films (with Firefox, not IE), but only lets you play about the first 30 seconds of each clip so is useless. The site doesn't _say_ you need to pay for an upgrade, it appears to be complete, thus crap. It is called VideoDownloader version 1.1.1.

Anyone with advice for both of us, please help!
