Plans for future wind farms in Britain could be in jeopardy after a United Nations legal tribunal ruled that the UK Government acted illegally by denying the public decision-making powers over their approval and the “necessary information” over their benefits or adverse effects.
Could be used in the case of fracking and again in the case of GM foods. I hope this means trouble for the government.

Fracking, GM food, road building, nuclear power stations, open cast mining, HS2, airport expansion, closure of allotments, use of non natural building materials.......... This could be fun, as the environment is a factor in everything we do!
