Perhaps I'm being obtuse, but in'ts that thing impossible to steer, and with
almost zero visibility? I'm sure you can't even see the wing mirrors.

Looking again, you would need to be a midget to drive it. Back to the (virtual) drawing board...

Solar panel bodywork?
They'd have to be tougher than normal to shrug off the typical traffic and parking abuse that most 2 wheelers have to contend with.
