About the last the last person in the most unlikely country to be making such a statement, even with the caveat that "more investment will solve the problem" This might be code for "we want other people to invest their money in our infrastructure"

Well, claims of running out of capacity are sure a darn sight better than the last time some Saudi minister claimed peak oil and and whatnot was about to end the world.

Most current concern seems to be with fertilizer and food supplies, inflation and dealing with the Europeans waking up to the monster prowling their continent and what it might mean to them seeing as how they based their lifestyles on buying energy from him and all. Lets hope the US can provide enough LNG and maybe the Old World can get to some New World development of their own resources, to make current events and transitioning into a more responsible energy consumption configuration less painful to the consumers.

Was it that or just an enthusiastism for liquid refreshments of the adult kind? I mean, he was whack-a-doodle there at the end and TOD tore his nonsense apart pretty well, but he had the same flushed cheeks and facial appearance close to the end that Ruppert did, of concern when it pertains to anyone not Santa Claus.
