My guess is the Romanians decided to retrieve their rig by simply sailingAME Info, 19 august - Romanian drilling company Grup Servicii Petroliere is threatening to take the Petro Iran Development Company to the International Court of Justice at The Hague in order to retrieve an oil rig which it claims has been seized in an act of piracy, reported Gulf News.
The Orizont rig has been in Iranian waters since the end of a contract in April. GSP says it has lost $70m due to the dispute
