According to this article Ed Davey , temporary leader of the LibDems, has introduced , in collusion with EU chief negotiator, Michelle Barnier, a Private Members Bill in parliament to impose on the government a two year delay on Brexit.

He's probably going to put a three line whip on all his MPs in an effort to put pressure on the Tories.

With the size of the Tory majority, Boris should be able to engineer anything he wants...
