It is VERY obvious. They put it in writing and shout it from the rooftops.
I've not seen the writing or heard the shouting. Can you name a top tier civil servant who believes in abiotic oil?

"no one ever went to war over a windmill"

I bet some of the more militant nimbies are considering it ! at least a localised civil war.

Anyone who believe in the IPCC simply must believe in abiotic oil since there is no other way to make the oil and gas last as long as the IPCC assumes.

See - now I made it into one sentence - please don't chop it up but quote it in its entirety the next turn.

Anyone who believe (sic) in the IPCC simply must believe in abiotic oil since there is no other way to make the oil and gas last as long as the IPCC assumes may not be a true statement because they may believe there is a tremendous amount of undiscovered oil of biotic origin. Of course they'd be wrong, but not so completely off their trolley as would be required for a belief in abiotic oil.

No top tier civil servant then?

What are you on about? There is no mention of abiotic oil let alone of top tier civil servant belief in it on that web-page.
