What surprises me is that it's taken this long for a mosque to be attacked and that it wasn't somewhere like France which has legal gun ownership and where attacks by Moslems have been carried out on a gruesome scale.

There have been some pretty horrendous attacks in places like Bali which are much frequented by Aussies and Kiwis.

He wrote Rotherham on one of his magazines, and his manifesto talked about that and other rapes . he reminded me a lot of Breivik who again I dont think is mad both of them were people who were pretty cold blooded killers .yes this is terrorism he said he thought he would get the Nobel peace prize after 27 years in jail like Mandela because hes doing the same thing Mandela did terrorism.

well Mandela organised a bombing campaign aimed not at the south African army but women and children , and now hes a saint with statues all over the place . he thinks there will be a ethnic conflict and this race war and if his side wins he and Breivik will be hero's

I thought the bombing campaign in South Africa didn't start until the 1970s when Nelson Mandela was in prison. Unless he was running the show from inside. As for giving yourself prizes at the end of a conflict I think it is called victors justice.

One of the more bizzare new stories coming out of this is that apparently a Christchurch house insulation company has been using white power symbols as its logo and charging $14-88 (I am pretty sure this is something to do with Hitler) per square metre as its installation cost.

He organised importation of bomb making materials, and I think this guy saw himself as similar as they were both willing to target people from another ethnic group to drive them out .


They are encouraging people not to read his manifesto, but if he was a one off you could say random nutter, but you have had two random nutters both killing loads of people with the same motivation .

it all reminds me of the Lebanon and how changing demographics caused tit for tat violence and then civil war

Well the NZ prime minister has banned semi auto guns, had the Adnan read out in parliament, which translated into English is there is no god but Allah and Mohammed is his prophet. They recently removed the name Jesus from their prayers. Reading the Adnan shows your submission to Islam. The cabinet are wearing Islamic headdresses and they have encouraged women across the country to don the outfit . They have stopped the sale of a Jordon Petersons book because he was photographed with a bloke with Islamophobic on his tee-shirt .They also stopped the showing of the Mumbai hotel because it has jihadists killing people in it ……….they have gone barmy and are doing what the shooter wanted them to do

A Gay Pride festival being cancelled will be regarded as a victory by both the right wing and Moslem fanatics/fundamentalists. Surely not giving in to terrorism/not letting the terrorist succeed would involve going ahead with this sort of peaceful activity (subject to safety warnings of course).

Strictly speaking there is nothing wrong with this statement and everything to agree from a Christian (and probably Jewish) point of view because the Allah they are talking about is the very same god of Abraham that the Jews, Christians and Moslems all worship. I find that very ironic giving the infighting between the religions. I'm not sure where Judaism and Christianity would stand on Mohammed being his prophet as it is a long time since I studied Religious Education at a Catholic Grammar School.

Where Moslems blaspheme from the Christian point of view is their denial of the Godliness of Jesus and their ranking him as only a prophet. Mind you the Jews aren't too happy about Jesus being portrayed as the Son of God and His coming being the Second Coming as well.

You can please some of the people some of the time .........!

In Paris a knifeman has killed several police staff.
Initially this was suspected to be a workplace dispute.
Now suspected to be Islamic terrorism, some reports state that the attacker had recently converted to Islam.
Fortunately the police killed him quickly before any more lives were lost.

Indeed, two members of the public dead and others wounded, some seriously.
Police now state this to be a terrorist attack.

I suspect that Christmas might be the target, rather than the election. I doubt that this attack will much influence voting intentions. It might increase support for the extreme right, but not to the extent that they gain even a single MP.
