Would love to join you. Any chance of making it Tuesday 3rd instead?

Teusday fine by me, but may be too short notice for others?

As for choice of venue, I recomend the Wenlock arms N1
http://www.wenlock-arms.co.uk/

I know the owner well and therefore may be biased, though the pub is well rated by others.
Cheapish beer, good basic food, and a bit more eco-friendly than some pubs, lit by low energy lamps, which is suprisingly rare in a pub.

And the owner has a large grid tied PV system at his private address.

What time were you thinking of on the Tuesday adam2? If tomorrow is too short notice, I can make Tuesday 17th.

I might be able to pop in for a bit (bit of a walk from the tube however)

I will bring a supply of low energy lamps
Osram, 20 watt, BC, about equal to 100 watt incandescent in light output.

Free of charge to members, if you dont need any for yourself, why not take a few for friends/neighbors/relatives?

I believe that those who can, are meeting today at the Wenlock at about 17-30

This does not of course prevent another meet up at some other time, I think we still still allowed more than one drink a week!

Oh rats, I can't do today - too short notice, I'm stuck in the Oxford office. Could do Thursday though.... Oh well let me know about the next one.
