I don't have a problem with his identification of the symptoms. However, in terms of a diagnosis of the underlying pathology and, consequently, the prognosis for recovery, he is singularly lacking. Basically, he appears to think that all that is needed are new organisational structures. When, in fact, what is needed are new power structures.
