I've always loved the Hobbit burrows as they are called. Being dug into the Earth must also save a fortune on heating which will be an added bonus if gas and heating prices become so high.

Wonder if theres any blueberry pie in the fridge for Balin and Dwalin, Nori and Ori? I would love to live in Hobbiton.
