Can anyone recommend a product to seal structural plywood flooring?

Not sure if it should be clear/coloured or matt/gloss.

Hopefully would be tough.

Must be low/zero VOC both during application and then during service life.

Any ideas?

We've used OSMO Polyx Hard wax oil in the past and it's still where we put it although it wasn't on ply!

We used Bona Mega on pine boards, not cheap but low VOC and still looks amazing after nearly 5 years.
