Where will we get our 'enhancers', Viagra & fake watches

I'm worried.
Clearly from the volume of spam emails I receive, an advanced society aspires to - err - 'physical enhancers', Viagra and fake watches.
Do we need a crash program to stockpile these goods to sustain human society post PO?

Why not stock up now old chap? After the peak you will be able to send unsolicited smoke signal messages and trade the little blue pills for antibiotics or something.
Let's face it, Viagra will be even more important to humankind if there's a population collapse and we need to keep the species going. All that stress will be putting people off (IYKWIM) and the local pill vendor will be a popular bloke

Watches: we won't need them, we'll be outdoors all day 'til it gets dark, the elements (including our appetite
) will tell us the time.
Physical enhancements: size doesn't matter. The length that counts is measired in minutes not inches
Little blue pills: 9 months after the power-cuts of 1973, the birthrate shot up. And not a little blue pill in sight.
Mind you not everybody knows this. There can easily be 'demand' for products that are, in fact, completely useless! So yes, stock up by all means (and try not to laugh at your customers
)

Hmmm, just what we need with declining food production... not.
