You can't upload them directly to this site.
You have to have them hosted on a server somewhere - Google or some such, there are plenty of 'free' facilities - and then post a link to them. You can often post a direct link to the hosted picture itself so it appears directly in a post, like this:

This might work (I'm on a Mac): go to the photo in PhotoBucket, control-click (right-click??) on the photo and select 'copy image address'.
Come back here, make a new post, paste the link, select all the link and click on the 'Img' button above in the horizontal list of commands. This places the address within image tags.
My pic above looks like this before posting:

Preview to make sure then post.

The top is your last post, the bottom is Ralph's version - quite different. Not easy to solve at a distance.

Okay, please see below for a video I have just knocked up showing how to copy the relevant section of code form the photo-bucket site and then how to paste it in here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVr1SFm ... e=youtu.be
This is, of course, the picture you saw me paste in the video:
hope that helps....

Check that your code ends with either:
blahblah.png[/img]
or
blahblah.jpg[/img]
That usually does it.
