He's (she's?) missed out the ultimate source of all this desperation about "growth": the fact that a stationary version of today's economy would end with us all being mired in debt. Yes even the debt-free, because they'd be tapped to pay the debts run up by their local Council, or ultimately by HMG.

You should probably wait a bit. My latest mugs were produced for the 2000 national Eisteddfod, and I've bought them in the last year or two from the Trysordy Scrap Store near Carmarthen for 30p each. I suppose I may even end up with some baby ones one day, if I live long enough :D.

I have a set of Eclipse mugs from 1999. I bought them at the time and at the place. They cost a fecking fortune but we're not due another one 'til 2090 so I guess that's fair enough.
