.....humans will learn to live without oil. Maybe!
Just watched an advert claiming humans will wear suglasses to protect their eyes from the sun in the future as much as we wear sunblock now. Well I wonder?
Today I spent the afternoon at an american car show at billing aquadrome, northhamptonshire. It was great looking around at these cars; which drank the US petroleum industry beyond peak with their thirsty V8's and yet sad knowing that 99% of the owners never really understand!

..........life will be more real!
Many people caught in survival situation say that at that point they never felt so alive.
It's each individuals choice whether they go for quantity or quality and in the end the result is inevitable, but in between we'll have lots of opportunities to choose either path.
e.g.Would you share your dwindling food supplies with a hungry stranger even if it meant you ran out sooner.
Of course not everything will dissappear, since the dawn of time man has found a way to get either drunk or stoned! - and the local home brew will probably be stronger than lager.
I've decided this will be my valuable commodity to trade for food. I just wish I could find a way to run my car on cider!
Cheers
