Has the current silicon glut brought down finished product prices?

Is this the time to buy a stack of solar panels?

If so, who is selling credit-crunch priced panels?

You can get them from china cheaper than locally if you're willing to pay for groupage on a container and you have a few grand to spare.

The suppliers, however, don't seem to be doing any discounts compared with when I last bought in 2005.
