Going back to where we were before we got onto a digression about the UK education system - Undercover Elephant's question was a fair one. It was not clear from RGR's post or the surrounding context what exactly he meant by "the writing is on the wall". It would get us back to the proper purpose of this forum if RGR could explain that.

Unless of course it is actually the case, as it sometimes appears, that the only purpose of this forum is for everybody to agree that oil depletion is the only possible interpretation of every single thing that happens in the world and anybody who says otherwise is a f*****g c*** troll, and the same squared and with knobs on if they are also an American.

That car is oversized for the European/Japanese market. We have several smaller, lighter, more efficient electric drive cars that we can buy.
