He's been clearing land for this years bigger, better event :D

Have we decided when and where it's going to be yet? My diary is starting to fill up!

If you do it in late August I might be able to make it. But don't make your plans solely around me!

The Little Green Gathering 2009

Post by kenneal - lagger »

This year 2009, assuming no one else wants to host a Little Green Gathering. I can do the 8th/9th August and anyone is welcome to come on the Friday and leave Monday or later. We will make a small charge of £2.50 per person per night for the camping as the loo block has cost a small fortune.

Food as before. We will provide home cooked food for those who wish at £2 to £3 for a breakfast, £3 to £5 for a lunch and £5 for a two course dinner. Home made biscuits and cakes available to buy during the day with free tea, coffee and water/squashes. Most of the food will be from the farm or otherwise local.

No other charges.

If anyone would like to give or receive any particular workshop can they let me know. I can do a workshop to build a jet fired water heater (small numbers because of limited space) for the loo block as well as a general cob workshop.

Anyone who can provide music of any sort is welcome to do so.

Any comments or ideas welcomed.

Children to be supervised by their parents at all times but otherwise welcome.

Anyone who wants to come early and help set up, do any odd jobs, etc we will feed and generally make welcome.

I had told a few people that we would do the previous weekend but it clashes with the Big Green Gathering so changed it is.

It's in my diary. I'll be at the BGG the previous weekend, so the date suits me, and Charlie :D.

Has the gravel in front of the loo block settled down so you won't need to tow me over it again :?:

That's great, John.

Giving two, sometimes three workshops a day for a week at the Big Green fries my brain -- later date in August preferred!
