Compile a list of companies with a PO Policy

Post by Max »

I think it would be a really good idea to compile a list of companies which know of and accept PO. Additionally those that have a PO policy and a strategy (or putting in place a strategy) to deal with it.

I suggest that people who are working for a company like this should add their companies to this posting.

This would be really useful for people who are in small business and want to look for suppliers who are preparing to survive (as a business) through peak oil and also usefu for individuals looking for work that will be sustainable (or at least have a fighting chance of being sustainable).

Self employed

Post by Sky »

Hi

I'm self employed does that count?
http://www.integralapproach.com

I havn't got peak oil into my written ethical policy, however I will when I get the time to update it. My site is badly in need of updating, been to busy with work to update it for 8months or so.

I'm looking to take on a partner or two at some point when I can find the time to research it properly, then I'll qualify properly.

BTW. I have no car and run as energy efficient as possible for renting, buy all food localy and organic where possible etc...

Cheers

I think a list like this would be very useful, just to see how many companies have developed awareness peak oil. If anyone knows any sources of an existing list or indiviual companies please post here! Thanks.
