I only saw it once but it is set during the New York blackout of 2003 and everyone is smiling and happy because everyone is talking to each other and there is a sense of community and the adline is something like "Its not bad when you get disconnected" <--- I know that is the wrong line but it is something like that. I thought, wow, that could be an advert for the positive things of power cuts.

I was thinking of the big one in 65
