Renewables and how to make money, or is it?

Well, all I know is that they are the USA (and various other countries') equivalents to the UK scheme of Renewable Obligations Certificates. I don't know if the Great British Public can trade ROCs, though. But I suppose someone has to if they are bought and sold as I understand them to be.

I spoke to the FCA (was FSA) who suggested I speak to Action-Fraud. They took a report and issued me with a CRN.

The ploy is, the "advisors" get you to buy a small holding, then they ring you every few weeks to let youknow how your investment is doing. It will be doing so well they will advise you to invest some more. This is easy as you have already shown them you are a mug by spending in the first place.
