all of our fruit and veg is organic and reasonably local

we get a veg box from www.riverford.co.uk, everyone should check it out,
pretty good pricing and all organic.

all of our meat comes from my parents farm so organic there too (or as close to, and not certified of course)

i agree, the reason i buy organic when i can is because it doesn't destroy the topsoil and is more sustainable than fossil-fuel based agriculture

but then the program was about proving or disproving the main myths/truths we are told about the products featured

i work in a grammar school and from what i hear things are changing for the worse in science the physics teacher was quizzing me on network trafficking because she has to talk about network traffic, usage and analog/digital uses and conversion, etc... its ridiculous, when i did gcse and a-level phys...

yeah we use a slow cooker twice a week also

great for cooking things like lamb/beef currys and casseroles as the meat gets so tender after 8 hours cooking

you can get round websense with proxy avoidance but you'll need to keep moving (obviously as and when they block the site you are using)

web filtering and blocking does have its place let me assure you, i am the IT tech for a grammar school and websense is extremely useful for me the only thing i can suggest is to find a proxy avoidance website, but you'll probably have to keep finding new ones to use as they keep updating the blocki...

i don't think he does, i will send him the thread, as i was only able to give him the jist although he had heard of SIPPS before he's got a lot of money in different pensions so i'd really like to see him do something useful with it rather than throw it at pension companies, etc... so do people thin...
