Along the flat, an easy 15- 18 miles per hour, downhill just as fast as the hill allows! Up hills, it is pretty easy to maintain 10 - 15 miles an hour for a while on a not toooo steep hill, if it is steep - more like 8 - 10. and this from someone who is not fit! I voted for yes, mostly thinking of those who would make the 'right' decisions if they could. Like my mum (would make the right decisions if Mike told her anyway!) She is an elderly lady in a council house. She doesn't get to make decisions on what companies she buys from, or insulation etc. I think...

LOL, I must admit, it felt really really good to get the course thing done, I was very nervous and for some reason I now feel more like I am more involved in the wood and more, professional about it. Hard to explain, but it was a big deal for me, so chuffed about it! Still find the trousers a bit hot!

My mum says that she can no longer feed and heat herself on her pension. She only shops in charity shops, her house is usually about 12 degrees (no kidding) and she is now dipping into her savings because of the price of food.... but thats ok, our government is building a really really nice olympic ...
