I joined a gym about this time last year. While I've always been pretty fit and quick on my feet (I used to run a lot) I wanted to bulk up. I've managed to put on a good few pounds worth of muscle and plan on taking a self-defence course next year. 3 or 4 hours worth of gardening still kills me tho!

I've been thinking alot about this recently...I'd like a way of getting the message across as easy and quickly as possible without sounding like a nutter and with a few hard facts throw in for good measure. Something you can tell an average person in the street which'll make them stop and think.

It looks like this find give us Peak Oil folks just what we need - Time. Time to plan and time to educate others. I welcome it.
