Well after an email from the administrator and a couple of attempts I got logged in today with a password he gave me. He advised me to change it but I'm stumped about how or where to do that. please advise if you have the answer at your finger tips.

A life lesson there. If you are a first adopter of a new product from Cell phones to EVs always trade them in before the warranty expires.
