She was concerned that as empty nester's which both worked, the house was unoccupied much of the day and burglaries to support opiate habits are becoming more frequent and very local. Hang on just a minute... Your concern is that the house will be empty all day and your solution is to buy some guns...

Its a narrowboat right. Could you sell it and buy something seaworthy?

Your allowed to stay on tidal mudflats for free with no license, paperwork, permission etc. as far as I know.

I think he had chickens there for a long time (a few years) and then planted a garden. Apparantly chickens will get rid of it. A friend rented a house to a keen gardener. Garden was infested.. he kept chickens for a few years they ate the w.eed and he transformed the garden
