Hi Adam, I will consider your advice however really not too much to go wrong in a tracker other than the electronics which is my profession so I can upgrade as necessary. KL, Many days there is is next to zero wind while summer temp can rise to high 30's and with also high humidity so really not sur...

Summer weekend cabin retreat far off the beaten track and at least two km from nearest utility pole. It would be far to costly to pay for a hookup and I don't wish to go there.

My first post so hi to everyone. I am looking to build an off-grid solar/DC air-con system and would like a few questions answered. Parabolic solar array?

I'm trying to find information on these supposedly higher efficient solar panel/collector design. Are these available in lower than industrial size? Any recommended links appreciated. I'm looking for a stand alone system to power a small FM broadcast transmitter (100w+ current requirements). Thanks....
