Christmas Northern Meet up?
Anyone fancy a Christmas Peak Ale meet up? I don't particularly like the season, but it would be nice to have something to look forward to.
If it needs to be a weekend my only weekend off in December is 22/23. Is that too close to the bedlam? And where do people fancy meeting?

It obviously depends on the situation, but for a slow decline: Long term food supplies, gardening tools, seeds, books - just generally food growing/keeping stuff. My 2nd £1000 would go on keeping warm (insulation, heating, blankets, clothes) but the 1st would go on food - you can't live without it. ...

My thoughts are that you are asking too much money for the house. Your opinion on what that property ought to be worth is out of sync with the true state of the market.
