Time to start placing our forecasts on what will happen on 31st March 2019!

My head says a deal will happen but my gut is telling me that it will be no-deal or a very hard brexit (e.g. bare-bones hard brexit)

So I'm going for no-deal although it is a close call.

I'd suggest no deal is basically impossible so the first option should really be 'bare bones' deal.

I think we'll end up with both bare bones and extension of A50, but my confidence bus low!

No idea. But, I suppose, if there is a way to kick the can, it will be taken.

Looking at this from what I hope is a safe distance I expect whatever the final deal is there will be a lot of commerce founded on what a willing buyer and willing seller can agree on on a product by product basis. If the governments on either side get in the way they will find out that consumers are also voters and their bureaucratic jobs depend on the goods moving at reasonable prices.
