Should "Rain Power" be added to our topic list?

Hydro-electricity? Fusion? Thermal Depolarization? Do we have any other real alternatives? Including utility scale energy storage.

The problem for me is the energy has to be converted. The raindrops rolling down making the static still have to use energy to separate the charges. First Law of Thermodynamics stuff. I am not convinced but stand ready to be proven wrong.
