1922 committee meeting at 1700 around the time PM expected to deliver Downing St statement
The fact this is scheduled at the same time as the announcement makes me believe they have the letters. But we shall see.

Speculation is mounting over the possibility of a no-confidence vote in the PM. Brexiteers have mooted this so many times and it always amounts to nothing but there seems to be a genuine shift in mood tonight.
