UKs once permanent snow patch vanishing.

Post by adam2 »

This small patch of snow used to be permanent throughout most years, melting only in exceptionally mild years.
It has now melted in the last four years, a situation previously unknown.
It looks as though melting of this snow patch will the new normal, with it only surviving all year after unusually cold or snowy conditions.
