I presume that the video is part way through the conversion, and does not represent the finished conversion. Storage space looks very limited. I would expect that extra storage shelves or lockers will be fitted in the raised floor area over the rear wheels. Laundry is probably impractical, which suggests the need for considerable supplies of disposable bedding and clothing.
Refrigeration is likely needed for perishable medicines and perhaps also for food.
Cooking ? at least a microwave oven and an electric kettle, Possibly LPG appliances instead.
Oxygen supply ? Needs either safe storage for multiple cylinders, or duplicated on board oxygen machines, that requires electricity.
Electrical alterations, probably needs a second alternator and battery bank.
MINOR surgery is likely to be needed, which also needs electricity for surgical lighting, preferably a duplicated electricity supply.
