Orlov: RIP Mike Ruppert Mike Ruppert has shot himself. This makes me very sad, but I certainly won't think any less of him for his decision to take his own life. Everybody has that option. I'll remember him for the happy times we had together, and for the big difference he's made in so many people'...

dried peas are my main thing, keep for ages and I eat them all the time anyway. Big peas were a staple food of the Britons before the Romans arrived I think. This year I'm growing and hoping to dry and store my own. Never tried wholegrain couscous, didn't know there was such a thing. I bet I'd like ...

Indeed, as recently debated in Sweden, people are no longer citizens. That word is only used when convenient, when spin is required. In every area, we are consumers. No area, even survival itself, is immune. I hate the term, always have. It's such an ugly word, that really does reflect an ugly side...

I still get confused with the class definition. Is it really about your level of monthly income? What level of monthly income makes you middle class? If you're living pay cheque to pay cheque, you're not middle class by my definition, you're well off working class. Even if you do read The Telegraph.

That and the fact that I can't drive. I've met a couple of 25 year olds recently, neither could drive but said learning to and getting a car was a priority. I said don't bother if you're staying around London area. Not sure if they told me they wanted to drive because they felt that's what people w...

What will be will be. We've collectively decided what our fate is going to be. I think we have to think now in terms of living through the transition and saving what's best of human inventions, both technological and ideological, from the past two millenia. and in my opinion, that's the most import...

I don't think that that is the reason at all. They are concerned about the ability of people to pay higher rates of interest. To put interest rates up now would stifle any improvement in the economic position as people, individuals and businesses, used the little spare money they have to pay for th...
