You are certainly making quick decisions having only heard of PO 3 weeks ago. If you don't mind me asking, why are you making changes so quickly and big changes at that - endowment and pension?

Great help - thanks mrkinnies and others. My house was built in 1975, has cavity wall insulation and double glazing throughout - 20mm gap. I will let you know what I decide or more likely come back with a couple more questions.
