Russia Watch

So we've had a chemical weapons attack on British soil against a former Russian spy. Apparently he wasn't high on Putin's 'hit list'.

We've been quick to blame Russia, but would they be that stupid? Seems to me that this would be counterproductive. What does everyone else think?
